This holiday complex comprises 172 apartments and 24 suites distributed over two floors. It has an outdoor pool with sea views, a pool bar with a terrace and a solarium with comfortable and spacious sunbeds. The apartments are equipped with a living-dining room, separate double bedroom, full bathroom with shower and hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone, kitchenette, free safe, Wi-Fi and furnished balcony or terrace with fabulous views. The 24 suites have exclusive views over the beach and tea or coffee amenities. These do not have a kitchen.

The main building has a lobby with a 24-hour reception. The complex also includes a buffet restaurant with a terrace with sea views, an à la carte restaurant overlooking the beach, a cocktail lounge with a terrace overlooking the sea, a minimarket, a wellness room for massages, treatments and beauty, a gym and a conference hall. Free Wi-Fi for customers. It also has room service, laundry and medical center.

The aparthotel is situated on the north coast of the calm and natural island of Menorca (biosphere reserve). It is located in the middle of nature, only a few metres away from the beautiful beach of Son Saura to which guests have direct access. Only a few metres away guests will find shops, restaurants and bars and the only golf course on Menorca is 1.5 km away.
